That made me realize that my old cadence of coaching needed to change to adapt to the fast paced business climate my clients operate in.

PROGRAM KICK-OFF
The coaching program begins with a 90-minute Intensive, which includes pre-work on your part so that we can go deep during our Intensive.
I will review your documentation, financials, and answers to my coaching tools in advance of the Intensive.
Following our Intensive, we will have a monthly call, a daily cadence and a weekly cadence to our work together.

Daily cadence means that I will be available by voice and text every business day Monday - Friday. You can message me anytime, and I will check my messages and answer your questions at least once a day.
Our weekly cadence allows you to submit something for me to audit or review. It could be you need a script for a difficult conversation. It could be you have a proposal you’d like me to review, or to read over an opportunity you’ve been given that you want my opinion on.
By working together in Slack we also avoid Zoom fatigue and can rapidly work through issues in the moment.

Use Slack with me to ask your coaching questions as they happen.
Send text and voice messages 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
I am online 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) and will respond to you at least once per day.
You can talk to me wherever and whenever and harness your creativity.
We can process situations in the moment.
911 COACHING CALL
If you need it, we will hop on a quick Zoom or phone call available for any urgent issues that we cannot resolve via Slack.
